📋 JOB OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Function: To perform daily assigned manufacturing and processing work assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Processing: Read routing/work orders to perform assigned work (batching, pulverizing, staging, and cleaning).

• Equipment Operation: Depending on skill level, operate equipment including Pulverizers, Mills (Beadmill, Jet Mill, 3 Roll Mill), Mixers (Heating, Paddle, Shaffer), Ovens, Sifters, and Bag Houses.

• Quality Control: Document each phase of production (Batch Sheets, Daily Equipment Logs). Ensure products do not advance if there are any non-conformances, and immediately notify a supervisor.

• Safety & Compliance: Comply with all procedural, safety, regulatory, and cGMP requirements to maintain a clean, safe environment. Identify raw material or equipment variations affecting quality or safety.

🎯 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

• Strong team player who is flexible to move between production lines as trained.

• Forklift experience is a plus, but we provide training and certification for qualified candidates.

Physical & Environment Requirements:

• Enjoys active, hands-on work and can remain on their feet throughout the shift in a fast-paced production environment.

• Capable of safely handling and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds as part of regular production activities.

• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment, including occasional exposure to elevated temperatures in certain production areas.

• Ability to wear a respirator when necessary and meet uniform requirements (long sleeves/pants, occasional Tyvek suit).
