On April 22nd, we had the privilege of sponsoring the Cherry Tree Planting Kick-Off Event at Pratts & Whitney Stadium, at Rentschler Field, where a total of 35 Cherry trees were ceremoniously planted.

This was held in commemoration of Earth Day. Notable attendees included Suzuki Kotaro (Consulate General of Japan in Boston), Toshiko Uchino (Representative of the US & Japan Society of Connecticut), Gregory A. Boyko (Honorary Consul General of Japan in Connecticut), Senator Saud Anwar (Third District), Connor Martin (Mayor of East Hartford), and the esteemed Governor of Connecticut, Ned Lamont.
