We are delighted to present our CSR report for 2023! 

Why such a long wait ?  

We have decided to evolve our CSR report from last year, basing it this year on the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), for greater consistency, reliability and transparency.

The GRI publishes reporting standards that aim to help organizations create rigorous yet practical reports on their sustainability, both in terms of strategy and measures in place. These standards are global in scope, and are the most widely-used sustainability reporting framework in the world.

The reference to these standards has led us to multiply our indicators, to exchange information transparently within our group, and to discuss the many terms used, which can sometimes be understood differently from one country to another… In short, it has been a long process, but one that has been extremely beneficial for our Group and, we hope, for our stakeholders.

What is in this report? 

The strategy section has been expanded with a more detailed description of our corporate governance. You will also find our materiality analysis and the material topics resulting from it.

Our situation on each of these material topics is then detailed, with reference to GRI standards, with relevant standardized indicators, and including some 2023 actions from our various sites.

What next? 

This exercise has enabled us to familiarize ourselves with internationally recognized and standardized indicators. It is a first step towards the new reporting requirements (CSRD), which, while not directly affecting us legally, form a web of good practice that we hope to explore in greater depth next year.

We hope that this 2023 report will provide a wealth of information for our various stakeholders, and of course we remain at everyone’s disposal for any questions or requests for information! We hope you enjoy reading it!
