The Miyoshi Group has been awarded Silver status by EcoVadis
EcoVadis is a platform that enables companies to monitor the sustainability performance of their suppliers. The EcoVadis methodology assesses more than 75,000 companies in 160 countries across 200 industries, providing an evaluation of how well a company has integrated the principles of sustainability/CSR into its business and management system. The EcoVadis methodology is based on international sustainability standards (Global Reporting Initiative, United Nations Global Compact, ISO 26000), and supervised by a scientific committee of sustainability and supply chain experts, to ensure reliable third-party sustainability assessments. Tens of thousands of companies use the EcoVadis Ratings platform every month to respond to sustainability assessment requests from customers, set and maintain corrective action plans and centralize sustainability-related documents.
The award of Silver status places the Miyoshi Group in the top 25% in the industry of Manufacture of basic chemicals, fertilizers and nitrogen compounds, plastics and synthetic rubber in primary forms.
