HAILUCENT ISDA/MB

HAILUCENT ISDA by Kokyu Alcohol Kogyo is a vegetable-based, transparent, high viscosity oil emulsifier. It offers high gloss and excellent water-absorption capacity. Hailucent ISDA is used in hair treatment & styling, conditioner, lotion, milk, cream, lip gloss and leave-in products. It is recommended at 3% in formulations. It complies with ECOCERT. Available as RSPO – MB version (HAILUCENT ISDA/MB).
