MiyoSHADE Z-Plus

Sunscreen products containing mineral sunscreens, particularly those containing zinc oxide, consistently rate as the safest products on the market. Zinc oxide is stable in sunlight and offers a good balance of protection from both UVB and UVA ultraviolet radiation.  The Miyoshi group has developed a novel Zinc Oxide that is able to provide the necessary UV protection, while also focusing on the aesthetic portion of the raw material.  Zinc Oxide usually feels very coarse and rough on the skin, making it difficult to spread on the skin, especially for soft skin with kids.  MiyoSHADE Z-Plus is able to provide the smoothest material in the market today, so that formulations can be created to maximize usage, without sacrificing texture for creams or lotions using Zinc Oxide.

MiyoSHADE Z-Plus is a non-nano zinc oxide sunscreen, surface treated with Miyoshi’s hybrid silicone that provides enhanced benefits such as broad spectrum coverage, a very smooth texture, and compatibility with many solvents.
