SA/SAT

SA/SAT is the Ultimate Patented Silicone treatment for application to cosmetic pigments and substrates and is chemically reactive Bonded Dimethicone. Bonded Dimethicone treated products have many advantages compared to materials that are either treated with conventional Methyl Hydrogen Polysiloxane (MHPS), or simply mixed with Dimethylpolysiloxane fluid (DMPS). While many other types of treatments may dull pearlescent pigments, SA/SAT Treatment brings out their natural luster and shine.

Because the SA/SAT treatment remains as a liquid even after chemical reaction to the surface of the pigments, the result is a very dewy, silky feel on a variety of pigments.
